Terms of Sale
How Cocorico passes work and what your buyer rights are.
1. Seller identification
The seller is YOM AKAKPO EI, a sole proprietorship registered in France, with its registered office at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris. Contact: contact@leandre.io.
2. Products offered
YOM AKAKPO EI sells three access plans for the Cocorico service as one-time payments (no recurring subscription):
- Le Sprint — €14.90 incl. tax — 1 month of full access
- La Sécurité — €24.90 incl. tax — 3 months of full access
- Jusqu'à la Réussite — €39.90 incl. tax — 6 months of full access
Each Plan grants access to the full Super feature set: unlimited croissants, unlimited mock exams, natural-voice audio, personalized insights, adaptive review queue.
3. Prices and payment method
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes. Pursuant to the French VAT exemption regime, VAT is not chargeable on certain transactions — where applicable, the mention will appear on the invoice.
Payment is processed via the Stripe Payments Europe gateway (Ireland, PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Cocorico neither collects nor stores any bank-card data. Accepted payment means: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other means proposed by Stripe at the time of purchase.
4. Activation and access duration
Premium access is activated automatically upon receipt of payment confirmation from Stripe. The duration runs from activation (UTC time). At the end of the period, access reverts to read-only — progress data is preserved and the User may purchase a new Plan at any time to resume.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the User has a period of 14 calendar days from purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons, by email to contact@leandre.io.
Exception — Article L221-28(1): the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
At the time of purchase, the User is invited to expressly accept this immediate execution and to waive their right of withdrawal only if they use the service significantly before the end of the 14-day period. For any refund request made before significant use of the service, the request will be honored unconditionally.
6. Refund
In the event of valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made by the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request.
7. Conformity guarantee
In accordance with Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code, the User benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the supply of the service. In the event of a defect, the User may obtain the bringing of the service into conformity or, failing that, the rescission of the contract and a refund.
8. Customer service and complaints
Any complaint must be addressed to contact@leandre.io. We commit to responding within 5 business days.
9. Consumer mediation
If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days, the User may use the European online dispute-resolution platform free of charge: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute concerning their application falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
